The present portal is designed and developed as integrated and interactive platform to monitor the implementation and progress of all schemes/projects being implemented in the State under the State / Central sector and speedy resolution of inter-departmental issues through real time
sharing of information about the issues among the departments / agencies. The chief objectives of the online portal are:-
o Project Monitoring through periodic online updation of the status.
o Uploading of inter-departmental / agencies issues hindering the expeditious execution of projects.
o Real time uploading of resolution of issues.
o Resolution of unresolved issues through periodic inter-departmental coordination.
The portal has been developed as a robust system for real-time sharing of information about progress of implementation of different State / Central schemes, identifying inter-departmental / agency bottlenecks / issues in the speedy execution of the projects / schemes and expeditious resolution of the bottlenecks / issues flagged by any department / agency.
This online system brings all Heads of Administrative Departments, Heads of Municipal Corporations / Municipalities and District Magistrates on a single and unified online platform. All the entities will be able to upload the issues concerning any project / scheme being implemented under its jurisdiction along with full information and latest visuals / photographs.
This information will be available online in the portal with the concerned departments / agencies. The department / agencies will try to resolve the issue and upload the information in the portal.
The unresolved inter-departmental issues will be periodically taken up for discussions with the concerned departments for an early resolution for the speedy implementation of the projects / schemes and its completion within the stipulated timelines.
Apart from the Project Monitoring & Issue Resolution, this portal also acts as a single platform for accessing data from all e-Governance applications of the state and providing the same in a consolidated manner for monitoring against defined KPIs of concerned administrative departments of the State Government.
