Some of the resolved issues are noted below;

01 Pending land Acquisition
Acquisition of 180 m land in the project of six laning of Bihar/Jharkhand border under Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, in Paschim Bardhaman district was pending since October 03, 2018, due to dispute over ownership of land- Resolved by Land & Land Reforms and Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department.

02 Road blocks in Construction
Removal of encroachments stalled the alignment work in extention of Barasat - Krishnagar Section (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) since 28 November 2018- Resolved by Land & Land Reforms and Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department.

03 Ensuring Sand Availability
Installation of FGD for 2X500 MW DSTPS under Ministry of Power was pending since 28 September 2021 due to the unavailability of sand in Paschim Bardhaman, Bankura, and Purulia District- Resolved by Industry Commerce and Enterprises Department.

04 Reducing Infrastructural delays
Permanent water connection for AIIMs, Kalyani was pending since 31 January 2020- Resolved by Public Health Engineering Department by arranging for permanent water connection from surface water-based water supply scheme.

05 Expeditious Industrial Clearances
MS&ME Deptt. undertook the establishment of CFC to facilitate 21 units at Vidyasagar Steel Furniture Cluster, Pingla, Paschim Medinipur. The vetting of the estimate was seamlessly done in consultation with the Public Works Department, through SAMANNAY portal.

06 Assuring Environmental Friendly Approval
PWD has undertaken widening & strengthening of 6 km of road from Dudhkundi-Manikpara to Sardiha Railway Station- The issue of shifting of pipeline by PHE Deptt. and accordingly obtaining necessary clearance from Forest Deptt. for “tree felling” was resolved expeditiously.

07 Prioritizing Education
The issue for resolving court cases, which is hindering the construction of G+3 Storied Shiksha Bhavan at Jhargram since Sept. 2020, was resolved by the PWD and School Education Deptt. in close collaboration with the DM, Jhargram.

08 Promoting Tourism
The tourism Department required 2.440 acres of land for a tourist lodge at Jhargram. Through SAMANNAY portal, the L&LR Deptt. scanned the issue and informed about the availability of 0.40 acres of encroachment-free vested land which may be used in the project. The resolution of this issue would have taken considerably more time, thus the portal helped in identifying the concern right at the point of origin itself.
